As we come out of lock down and prepare to reopen on 6th July we want to assure you that now more than ever our commitment is to you, your safety and your wellbeing. We will be taking every precaution necessary in line with Government guidelines and procedures to ensure the salon is immaculate, disinfected, hygienic and safe as possible for your visit.
OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU TO REDUCE RISK
WHAT WE WILL BE ASKING OF YOU
! Please CANCEL your appointment if you have a fever, cough, sore throat or any other symptoms which could suggest you are Covid-19 positive. Your hair is important to us but the health and wellbeing of our staff and other clients is our primary concern.
! Avoid entering any other premises before your appointment. Coming directly from home to us will limit the opportunity for cross contamination.
! You will need to attend your appointment, on time and alone – no children, pets or partners will be able to accompany you or wait for you in the salon.
! Deposits will be payable at the time of rebooking for all appointments in future.
! You will be required to wait outside the salon until you are called by your stylist or one of our Wellness Assistants.
! Please inform us as soon as you can if you cannot fulfil your appointment for any reason.
! Before entering the salon, we will take your temperature with a “no contact” thermal thermometer. If you have an elevated temperature, we will not be able to admit you into the salon and your appointment will be rescheduled taking into account self-isolation timescales.
! We will have masks and gloves available for your use, but please feel free to wear your own if that’s preferable, you will be required to sanitise your hands, or don gloves as the final stage of entry into the salon. All PPE provided by us will be included in the cost of your appointment.
WHAT WE WILL BE ASKING OF YOU WHILE YOU ARE “IN SALON”
! Our window waiting seats will not be in use, you will be shown directly to your position and we would request you remain seated as much as possible.
! Should you need to use the WC, please ensure you self-distance as much as possible. Contactless soap dispensers and disposable towels will be available, all other items have been removed.
! Please wherever possible do not bring outerwear or a handbag into the salon. If however, this is essential please use the coat stand next to the work station which will be for your exclusive use during your appointment. No big shopping bags please!
! As part of our “Safe to Go” policy wherever possible your stylist will be rebooking and taking payments while you remain seated so you are safe to go as soon as your hair is back to glam! Our preferred payment option is Apple Pay or contactless card payments. No cash payments please. Card machines will be sanitised after each use ready for the next client.
! If you would like to tip your stylist, please bring cash inside an envelope which can then be left at their workstation. Tips cannot be included on card transactions.
