Following on from our last communication regarding the Corona Virus, please see our latest update below….

With this in mind, we will continue to do so as we face the difficult challenge of responding to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), which the World Health Organisation declared a pandemic on Wednesday.

 

All our employees are fully aware of the current requirements and are undertaking extreme levels of health and safety procedure to ensure that the highest possible hygiene standards are maintained, throughout every aspect of our salons.

 

The well-being of our clients, our associates and our team members is our absolute priority, and you can be assured that health and safety has our complete attention.

 

We would, therefore, respectfully request that ANY clients showing any of the WHO Corona virus symptoms, to re-schedule their appointments.

 

Given the impact of COVID-19 on how we work, socialise and travel, we have adapted our cancellation policy to provide our customers with the most flexibility we can offer during these challenging times. 

 

During this time, we will allow changes or cancellations without any cancellation fee. If you are feeling unwell or even if you simply feel uncomfortable in a salon environment at this time, please let us know and we can re-accommodate your request for a later date.

 

It is of vital importance for us to be able to ensure that all procedures are in place to support the health and well-being of our customers.
