We Are Ready For You!

We will continue with our duty of care procedures, hygiene policies and safe guarding guidelines to ensure you and the team are safe and protected, and this will include:

Salon & Spa Thoroughly Cleaned & Disinfected

We will ensure that the Salon and Spa are even more thoroughly cleaned and disinfected than they already are prior to re-opening. Every member of the team has already passed the Barbicide course in Salon sanitation, additionally we will make sure that everything we use in regards to equipment will be sterilised before and after every appointment. Every section will be cleaned down and maintained throughout your service.

Patch Testing For Hair And Beauty Services

We will need to ensure you have a new patch test prior to your hair colour appointment, eyebrow tint and any eyelash treatment. Why? You have not had any treatments for nearly 4 months and Covid injections mean we must now re patch test all of our guests. We are in the salon every Tuesday and Thursday so please visit at any time on those days between 10am-4pm for your (socially distanced) patch test.

Individual PPE Pack For Every Guest

We will continue to provide every guest with a Self Care Pack.

This will potentially contain a disposable gown, 2 x disposable towels and a face mask for the salon.

Face masks for the spa.

RESCUE HAIR PRICES ARE BACK!

Temporary Price Adjustment

We are pleased to announce we are not putting our prices up for Cut and Blow Dry’s or Blow Dry’s. However, there will be a temporary increase to our colour services. We have had to calculate the cost involved, with extra colour being used and the additional time needed for these services.

Therefore, as a guide:

Rescue Colour Regrowth (roots only) - £80.00

Hair Colour Rescue Package (roots, mid lengths & ends, includes hair treatment) - £140.00

Full Head of Highlights including toner and hair treatment - £180.00

Half Head of Highlights including toner and hair treatment - £130.00

All other colour services will be priced on consultation.

Please ensure you check our website for regular updates and changes as prices and procedures may change.

BOOKING PROCEDURES

We are working through our plan to get you all booked in. As a reminder these are:

Phase 1

We will be contacting and rebooking all our guests who had an appointment during the lockdown starting from 19th December.

Phase 2

We will contact and book all our guests on our priority list, who did not have an existing appointment prior to lockdown. (Email us to add your name to this list.)

Phase 3

Online booking system opens to allow you to book your own appointment.

Phase 4

Once the salon is open, we will be taking telephone bookings.

Great news for our Spa guests - we are now in Phase 3, you can book online from Thursday 11th March
